This payment is a fixed non-refundable booking fee for the initial design meeting, but will be credited toward the fee quoted for estate planning.  Review our fees here.  The first half hour of this meeting will be spent reviewing your questionnaire and discussing your goals, and then an appropriate flat fee will be quoted to you for the planning and you will be asked to sign an engagement agreement and make payment in full, so please bring your checkbook or credit card.  After payment is made, the meeting will continue for another hour or two as we design the first draft of your trust.
