Family Protection Clinic and Trust Maintenance Workshop, including combat skill drills with moving and transitional targets--an edge the laser has over paper targets. Although the event is primarily for discussion of more conventional estate planning and asset protection issues, we also get into some of the broader concerns of Family Protection, include some basic firearms training and have fun, too - even hoplophobes love target shooting (and besides no real guns are used, only laser). The Family Protection Clinic has, for many, been their first exposure to any firearms training. At the weekly clinic you can take a simple shooting test and further augment your firearms training at a CCW Class for a permit valid in 30 states. Whether or not you are interested in carrying a concealed weapon (CCW), the class is good training in gun safety. And it's better to have a CCW and not need it, than to need it and not have it.
